• Co-founded Playground Partners, a non-profit organization that provides curriculum for elementary school lunch recess to teach good sportsmanship and fair play. Playground Partners is operating in San Diego County and has served over 20,000 elementary school children since Spring of 2000.

Personal

• Marshall and his wife Ginny lived in University City for 10 years and in Carmel Valley for 10 years. They have three children.
